Mizu Yokan is a bonus food item in the Sushi Restaurant. Mizu yokan becomes available in the Sushi Restaurant on level 34, but players can unlock them early for 15. Players start out with 8 portions of mizu yokan, but can refill the mizu yokan again for a price. Serve these when you are having a hard time earning enough coins to get three stars on a level.
Players have the option of upgrading mizu yokan to increase the amount a customer pays. The starting price for a mizu yokan is 40
and the maximum is 100. Experience points are given for each time a player upgrades mizu yokan.
