Batter is an ingredient used to make uttapams in the Indian Diner. It is placed on the tabletop and carrots, chilli, onions, tomatoes, peas and curry leaves are placed on top to create an uttapam.
Players have the option of upgrading batter to increase the amount a customer pays for an uttapam. The starting price for a batter is 24 and the maximum is 27. Experience points are given for each time a player upgrades batter.
The batter is one of the most expensive items to upgrade in cooking fever, costing 120 gems and 24000 coins to fully upgrade, while only increasing the price by one coin per upgrade.
